Dr. Constance J. Longmire is the founder of Peek Institute Professional Development, Living with Purpose (a nonprofit organization), and Grace International Bible College. She is also the host of the cable talk show Intentional Living.
Her professional background includes serving as Vice President of Customer Service, Human Resource Manager, College Professor, Executive Coach, and Diversity and Equity Consultant. Dr. Longmire attended the University of Akron and earned her Doctorate degree from Grace and Truth Seminary in Indiana. She is a graduate of Kent State University’s Leadership Institute for Excellence and John Maxwell’s Executive Leadership and Coaching Program, and she is a Certified Maxwell Behavioral Analysis (DISC) Consultant.

Her clientele list consists of Regional Transportation Authority (RTA), Chase Bank, YMCA Akron, and many other entities.
